The KashFlow API is an add-on to our online accounting software. It enables other computer programs to exchange data with your KashFlow account.

There is no additional charge to use the API. All you need is a KashFlow account with the API enabled. KashFlow accounts are available to try for free for 60 days.

The possibilities are limitless. The API can be used to automatically create and email invoices when someone buys something from your site or you can integrate it with a desktop application.

Getting Started with the API

Whilst some of the existing scripts and software can be used with little or no technical knowledge, developing new applications or integrating an existing website with the API does require technical knowledge.

The first thing you'll need before you can do anything is a KashFlow account. Visit our accounting software site and sign up for you free account.

Developers

You are encouraged to develop scripts and utilities that use our API. You are welcome to distribute them for free or to charge for them.
We also promote third-party scripts and utilities to our customers.
